  • Sleepy Time Yoga for Kids

    Tuesday nights at 6:15pm it is kids hour! What began as our most popular class has continued to be a well-loved favorite, so much so it has a membership dedicated just to this class. Kids age 4-10 have a space to learn and practice yoga, building skills of patience, confidence, self-love, mindfulness and so much more. Each class has a different theme from week to week and includes an on-theme activity, such as journaling, art-making, playing collaborative games, or practicing deeper meditation. Our first two Sleepy Time students still come by week after week—and it has been 5 years! Yoga Chanti’s passion for teaching and encouraging the kids is unmatched and you’ll quickly see why the kids continue to love Sleepy Time.

  • Kids Parties

    As we celebrate various holidays, seasons, and sometimes even just friendship, our kids parties are an awesome way to introduce yoga to them, as we pair it with fun activities, dance games, prizes, snacks, crafts, and more. We take our Sleepy Time Yoga for Kids concept and amp it up for a fun, festive, friendship-building fest. Be on the lookout for notices on our next fun kids party!

  • Camp B3

    Camp B3 is a summertime romp! With weekly camps throughout the summer, you can sign up for one or sign up for all! With themes of art week, sports and games, yoga, performance art, and staycation. Our campers have chosen us year after year because they love the activities, love the camp counselors, and love the friendships they build. Check back for dates for 2026!
