Your First Session

  • I will explain the parameters of therapy, dive deeper into my therapeutic approach, and conversationally explore your concerns.

  • We will start with a simple conversation, explore your goals, and make a plan to reach them.

  • Whether in person or online, we can explore creative methods to process your emotions and dive deeper into yourself.

  • We will explore diverse ways of coping with stressors and challenges and create a plan to achieve your goals from a holistic experience.

Meet your therapist

Dr. Brittany Bishop

Brittany is a licensed clinical professional counselor (LCPC), board-certified art therapist (ATR-BC), ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP), certified yoga teacher (CYT) and trauma-informed wellness practitioner with a PhD in Art Therapy. She blends evidence-based therapy with creative, body-centered modalities to support clients in cultivating emotional resilience, clarity, and self-compassion.

With nearly a decade of experience, Brittany specializes in anxiety, burnout, ADHD, and identity exploration. Her integrative approach draws from talk therapy, art therapy, mindfulness, and movement—creating a space where healing feels both grounded and expansive.

As the founder of B3 Yoga & Wellness Center and B3 Therapy, PLLC, Brittany is passionate about inclusive care and community-based healing. She believes therapy should honor the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—and meet each client with warmth, curiosity, and respect.
