I am Dr. Brittany Bishop, and I am passionate about helping you live your best life by reducing self-doubt, overcoming anxieties, and challenging the expectations you carry to create a lifestyle filled with passion, purpose, and joy.

It can be challenging to break free of the day-to-day routines of work and responsibilities that we can start to feel stuck in a rut. It is easy to lose sight of what we really need and want for ourselves. When trying to balance the expectations of work, school, family, friends and keep up with our self-care, global news, and personal goals, we can easily feel overwhelmed and exhausted.

I help people regain a sense of balance and purpose in life. By exploring personal values, setting life goals, developing coping skills, and reinvesting time into passions, you can learn to reduce stress, anxiety, self-doubt and live a life of purpose and happiness.

Using person-centered and social therapeutic frameworks, my approach to therapy is warm, encouraging, and holistic. I offer traditional talk therapy, as well as art therapy, which can help you gain a richer understanding of yourself and offer a way to engage in the creative and playful parts of yourself, you may have forgotten.
